At D-Block, We only accept Returns or Exchange request as per following requirements.
- Reason of Returning Must be as Follows.
- Goods Are Different from What You Ordered.
- Goods Are Damaged.
- Size is Different than what ordered.
- Goods Must Be Unused and Labeled (if it was).
- Only Products purchased from D-Block are capable for such services.
- Please allow 24 hours post delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your D-Block account.
- There’ll be a Quality Assurance check before processing requests.
Only Those Requests Which Meeting Above Criteria Will Be Acceptable.
